1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Sentienta services ("Service") provided by [Sentienta LLC] ("Company"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Service.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for all content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service.

3. Artificial Intelligence and Generated Content

Sentienta is an artificial intelligence service. It may use third-party AI model providers to generate responses, analyze information, coordinate agents, and help carry out actions that you authorize through connected services. Sentienta uses AI and can make mistakes. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or out of date and must not be treated as a statement of fact or a substitute for qualified professional advice.

You are responsible for the prompts, files, instructions, and other content you provide; for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on, publishing, or acting on it; and for confirming any action that may affect another person, account, system, or service. Use particular care with legal, medical, financial, employment, education, credit, housing, safety, or other consequential matters. Where applicable law requires human oversight, notice, consent, an explanation, or a right to contest an automated decision, you are responsible for providing those safeguards.

Sentienta may display disclosures or include metadata identifying content as AI-generated or AI-assisted. You must not remove, conceal, or misrepresent an AI-origin disclosure or provenance indicator when doing so would mislead others or violate applicable law.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Post or transmit any content that is illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. Use the Service to distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful software. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service. Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service. Use the Service for unlawful discrimination, social scoring, deceptive manipulation, prohibited biometric categorization or emotion recognition, or any other use prohibited by applicable artificial intelligence law. Represent AI-generated content as human-created when that representation would mislead others or violate applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any unauthorized use of these materials is prohibited.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you post on the Service. However, by posting content on the Service, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the Service.

7. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that it believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, the Company, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Indemnification

Your agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sentienta, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that the Indemnified Parties may incur as a result of or arising from:

• Your use of the Service;
• Any content or data provided by you or your users;
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation;
• Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
