Privacy Policy for Sentienta LLC

Last Updated: July 28, 2026

At Sentienta LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is handled in a safe and responsible manner. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit our website, use our services, or engage with us in any other way.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect and process the following types of personal information:

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use your personal information for the following purposes:

3. How We Share Your Information

We may share your personal information in the following situations:

4. Google Workspace API Data

Sentienta allows users to optionally connect Google services through OAuth. A Google connection is associated with the Sentienta account that initiates the connection. Users choose the Google account to authorize and may separately control which Sentienta agents are permitted to use each connected service.

Google data we access

How we use Google data

We use Google user data only to provide prominent, user-facing Sentienta productivity features requested by the user. Connected Google services are optional. An agent must be granted permission to use a connected service, and consequential actions such as creating events, sending email, or changing files are subject to user direction and applicable approval controls.

To fulfill a user's request, relevant Google data may be processed by the AI service configured for the authorized Sentienta agent and by service providers acting on our behalf. Such processing is limited to providing and securing the requested Sentienta functionality. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, used for independent surveillance or monitoring, or used to train or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Storage, retention, and disclosure

OAuth credentials and connected-service records are stored in controlled cloud systems and protected using technical and organizational safeguards. Google data returned in response to a user's request may appear in and be retained as part of that user's Sentienta workroom history or other user-visible content. We retain Google data only for as long as needed to provide the requested service, maintain the user's account and content, meet security requirements, or comply with applicable law.

We do not permit personnel to access Google user data except when the user has provided permission for support, when access is necessary to investigate security or abuse, when required by law, or when otherwise permitted by the Google API Services User Data Policy. We do not transfer Google user data except to provide or secure user-facing Sentienta features, with user consent, through service providers operating under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations, as part of a legally permitted business transfer, or as required by law.

User control and deletion

Users may disconnect a Google service through Sentienta Connected Services, remove Sentienta's access through their Google Account permissions, or request deletion by contacting us. Disconnecting a service removes the active Sentienta connection and prevents further access through that connection. Users may also request deletion of associated Sentienta account data, subject to legal, security, and legitimate retention requirements.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Sentienta's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable laws and regulations.
